The Interwebs are inevitably going to be in a frenzy about Future’s mere presence on “Tell Me When You Ready,” but I’m specifically writing this post up for Flo Rida. F*ck the money and hits, this dude is a beast. Point-blank, period.
Flip on any of Flo’s verses in this club-trap concoction and you’ll hear him simply destroying an amped backdrop with automatic flows and no breathes, only to harmonize over himself perfectly and add a glossy layer atop his vocals. Yet, most will still take that for granted, because he’s poppy ol’ Flo Rida and Future Vandross is their hook heartthrob.
That said, I’ll still give credit to Dungeon Family’s Auto-Tuned radio killer for not over-doing his vocals here, which is typically the case and when I personally draw the line.
