Becky G debut album | “My Bae” (Premiere)

Becky G continues step by step conquering the international music scene. Her lovely way of being, her charisma and her peculiar way of singing, with an enviable combination of pop and rap, have made the artist, who is only 17 years, one of the most beloved among young audiences.

Following the release of her debut EP “Play It Again“, including smash singles like “Can’t Get Enough” with Pitbull, Becky G is currently working so hard in the studio shaping her highly-anticipated debut studio album, scheduled to be released in October via RCA Records and Kemosabe.

The album will be fully produced by her mentor, the hitmaker Dr. Luke. The lead single is the smash track “Shower“, her biggest success to date in the charts. It was released on iTunes on April 23rd.

During an interview with Latina magazine, Becky G gave some details about this awaited debut. She said:

Well, my album is actually coming out in October! I feel ready to put it out in the universe for my fans to listen to. I’m just so excited about it, because I’ve put my heart and soul into it. It’s taken a lot of time, but now we know what the album is going to sound like, and when it’s going to be out. I can’t give any names yet of any of the other songs.

It’s going to be a fun album! People are definitely going to hear a lot of my stories and stories of people in my life. You’re gonna wanna dance. You’re gonna wanna cry. You’re gonna feel a lot of things. But it’s definitely more on the fun side

During an interview with BuzzFeed, her maganer Ben confirmed that her Becky G’s album is delayed until early 2015, when will foreseeably be available for sale. He said:

For the record, Becky says her as yet untitled album will be released sometime early next year. She’s not looking to offend people and she wants to handle the transition from teen performer to adult star as smoothly as she can. When I ask her if there’s an example she looks to for how to manage that, she doesn’t hesitate. “Hilary Duff” she says, nodding to the former Disney star who’s now her labelmate. “She’s been able to do that”.

During the special fourth episode of “Maestro Knows” by American journalist Levi Maestro, Becky G showed some new tracks in the recording studio with Dr. Luke, Rock City and Cirkut, included on her upcoming debut.

The second official single “Can’t Stop Dancin’“ was premiered “On Air With Ryan Seacrest” on Thursday October 17th.

The third single from the album is confirmed the track “Lovin’ So Hard“, it was exclusively premiered on Radio Disney on 2 April 2015.
