Mark Ronson and Bruno Mars premiered on Monday morning (Nov. 17) the music video for “Uptown Funk”. The infectious funky tune is the lead single from Englishman Mark’s forthcoming fourth studio album “Uptown Special”, in stores in early 2015 via RCA Records. This is the first new song performed by Bruno Mars that we hear in a long time – “Unorthodox Jukebox” was released in 2012!! – so many people are freaking out a bit. Can Bruno please release his new album SOON? “Uptown Funk” is such a great retro track, with both outstanding production and vocals. Mark knows, though, all the praise and glory is going to fall on Bruno in the end…but I guess as long as he gets his royalties pay-check I’m sure he’ll be fine.
