Australian band 5 Seconds of Summer continues unstoppable promoting its successful self-titled debut studio album “5 Seconds of Summer“, released on digital retailers on June 27, 2014 via Capitol Records.
While they are still promoting the latest single “Amnesia“, the guys have ready the next one. The fourth official single taken from the album is “Good Girls“. It was written by Ashton Irwin, Michael Clifford, Rick Parkhouse, George Tizzard, Roy Stride and Josh Wilkinson.
There have been no surprise in the choice of next single, because the guys have said from the beginning that it was one of their favorite songs on the album. It’s catchy and really radio friendly. Instant hit.
The boys filmed the official music video in early-October at Lincoln Heights Jail, an old prison that closed in 1965, in Los Angeles. The video was released on VEVO on Friday October 10th.
The single’s EP will be released on digital retailers on November 14th. The band performed smash single “Amnesia” and their brand new single “Good Girls” live on The X Factor Australia the results show on Monday October 13th.
