Director Joseph Kahn Hates "Adore You" Video, Drags Miley Cyrus & Justin Bieber
He’s worked with Mariah Carey, Lady Gaga, Eminem or Katy Perry, however, we’ve learned today of one artist with whom director Joseph Kahn will never work with (or maybe two). That's Miley Cyrus. Upon the premiere (or leak) of her music video for new single "Adore You" on Wednesday late night, the Texas-born director slammed the “Bangerz” star on Twitter for the “masturbation” theme of her latest visual, calling it “going too far”. The cringe-worthy part of his tweet, though, was that he purposely confused Miley with Justin Bieber. Read it below! Is JB too feminine-looking in Joseph’s view? He also mocked Justin Bieber’s recent “early retirement” words.e’s directed music videos for many successful female pop singers, but it seems Joseph Kahn had no interest from minute one on working with Miley. Does he actually hate her that much? The Justin Bieber hate is understandable, as The Biebs has many detractors. But Miley? Although I agree with him in the sense the "Adore You" video is controversial, that's what's generating Miley buzz and money at the moment, so why should she stop?. If he really hates Miley, he should’ve kept this shady tweet for himself. He still had a chance to work with her in a music video as he’s – in the view of many – one of the best directors out there so it was possibly a matter of time until Miley rung him up. Now, that's impossible.
