Queen of pop Madonna continues with the European promotional trek in support of her new album “Rebel Heart”. The 56-year-old singer, who fell horribly during her performance at the BRIT Awards in London last week, touched down in Paris today to appear on Canal Plus’ “Le Grand Journal”. There, Madge was brought down to tears by one of her devoted French fans, was interviewed, and lastly performed two songs from "Rebel Heart"; the lead single "Living for Love" and “Ghosttown”. This was the very first time Madonna performed the Billboard-produced, and Sean Douglas co-written (son of “Birdman” star Michael Keaton) "Ghosttown”.
For both performances the reigning queen of pop music wore her bullfighter outfit. She killed the “Living for Love” performance and in "Ghosttown” she did slay the bridge but the performance as a whole wasn’t fantastic as Madonna’s vocals were so-so. She definitely needs to work on them ASAP if she wants to be fully ready for when the "Rebel Heart" world tour (announced today) begins in the summer.
