Ciara “I Bet” (Video Premiere)

Queen CiCi is back and yes, the world must be ready!

American singer-songwriter, dancer and proud mama Ciara confirmed the upcoming release of her highly-awaited new single called “I Bet“.

Produced by Harmony Samuels, the song, initially called “Somebody Better“, is scheduled to impact Urban radio on 27 January 2015 and it was released on digital retailers on January 26th via Epic Records.

“I Bet” was premiered on 13 January 2015 and it’s also confirmed as the first taste of Ciara’s upcoming sixth studio album, “Jackie“, scheduled to be released sometime this year.

Ciara returns with a cute track, perfect to get some buzz for her lyrics regarding Future, but it doesn’t have the real potential to be a great comeback single. It was written by Ciara with the collaboration of Harmony Samuels, Timothy Thomas and Theron Thomas.

Once again, she doesn’t releases something new and risky, betting on a fairly flat and dull sound that has been using for years. It sounds more like an album track than a proper single.

The singer performed a special acoustic version of the track and it was exclusively premiered on PEOPLE magazine on 30 January 2015.

The official music video was filmed in early-February and it was directed by Hannah Lux Davis. It was exclusively premiered on EXTRA on 9 March 2015.
