New year, and new Avril Lavigne music is coming to delight all her fans. The ‘forever young’ pop-punk artist confirmed on Twitter brand new single called “Fly“.
The track was written ‘a while ago’ by Lavigne along with Chad Kroeger and David Hodges. “Fly” is a special track to promote The Avril Foundation, and support children and youth with disabilities and serious illnesses.
The song also serves to support the upcoming Special Olympics Games, that will take place in Los Angeles from July 25 to August 2 this year.
Besides, Avril is currently working on her next and sixth studio album, scheduled to be released later this year. The singer also plans to release another track in February, before the arrival of “Fly“.
