Rihanna Is A Fierce Orchestra Conductor at Diamond Ball (Video)

rihanna diamond ball 2014

The first Diamond Ball, a black-tie fundraiser benefiting The Clara Lionel Foundation, was held at The Vineyard, a private 157-acre enclave located in Beverly Hills, on Thursday, December 11th and all flashes went off for pop star Rihanna. Named in honor of her grandparents, Clara and Lionel Braithwaite, “the foundation seeks to improve quality of life in areas of health, education, culture and arts for communities across the globe”. This was very important night for the “Pour It Up” singer because this was THE moment to obtain the most possible money for her foundation (more money, more projects). Who attended last night’s fundraiser? Approximately 600 guests; "ranging from entertainment and business executives to celebrities and philanthropists”…and Kim Kardashian.
Rihanna posed on the red carpet before tens of photographers with her mom Monica Braithwaite (below). They both looked FIERCE in red! But that wasn’t the only moment Ms. Fenty looked fierce. Inside the venue, Rihanna changed gowns, put on a dark one, andturned into an orchestra conductor for a few minutes for a what I’m sure was an epic performance of one of her songs. A Rihanna hit played by an orchestra? Now that's something you don't get to see every day! Lucky guests! Luckily for us, RiRi uploaded a 15-sec video of this orchestra conducting moment on Instagram. FIERCE I SAID!!!
UPDATE: All of Rihanna's performance at the Diamond Ball were orchestral. Watch her do "Diamonds", "Umbrella" and "Pour It Up" at the bottom of this page!
