Sam Smith & Mary J. Blige Premiere 'Stay With Me' (Remix) Music Video!

Yesterday Sam Smith released on iTunes USA a remix to his latest single ‘Stay With Me’ featuring Queen of Hip Hop Soul Mary J. Blige. Just one day later (June 3rd), the British singer-songwriter provides the music video for this remix via VEVO. Sam’s debut LP ‘In the Lonely Hour’ will be released in the US (the album recently topped the UK charts) on June 17th (mark your calendars!) via Capitol Records. The visual for the ‘Stay With Me' US remix shows SOUL vocalists Sam and Mary performing the beautiful ballad with a band on a theater stage. We get plenty of close-up shots of the two individually getting their LIFE (their faces are pricesless) from the emotional lyrics. We didn’t expect them to actually shoot a proper music video, so this totally works. Sam and Mary’s voices go really well together… maybe recording an original duet in a future? They have so much SOUL!
