New Music: G.R.L - "Show Me What You Got" [Full Studio Version + Review]

Robin Antin's new girl group G.R.L have a new single. It's the song called "Show Me What You Got". The five-piece female band have performed the upbeat track in several occasions in the last few months while doing random radio gigs across the U.S, but today (Feb. 4), we can appreciate "Show Me What You Got" in all its HQ studio edit glory. "Show Me What You Got" is produced by Dr. Luke, Max Martin and Cirkut, is the follow-up to last year's "Smurfs 2" soundtrack song "Vacation", and will also feature on G.R.L's forthcoming debut studio album (in stores later this year via Kemosabe Records). "Show Me What You Got" is very in line of "Vacation" sound-wise. It's synth-pop. The lyrics are a different story. If "Vacation" told the story of a broken-hearted girl who had just cut ties with her boyfriend, that wanted to start fresh with "someone new" in a club thanks to the advise of her girl friends (or as she said; "going on a vacation tonight"), "Show Me What You Got" is less slutty. The new G.R.L single talks about a girl who isn't "that easy". The guy is gonna have to show effort to win her heart, and take her to the bed.
