Nicki Minaj Jumps On Young Thug's "Danny Glover" Remix: Listen

Nicki Minaj dropped last night (Jan. 28) a remix to Young Thug's "Danny Glover". "Danny Glover" has proved to be one of the ATL rapper's hottest tracks yet. Drake and Kanye West are both public admirers of the hip-hop jam. Nicki released last December 30, 2013 a freestyle on PTAF's viral hit "Boss Ass Bitch". That time, she took over the entire track, just leaving the catchy hook unchanged. For her remix of "Danny Glover", Nicki opts to share the spotlight with Young Thug, just adding a verse to the original. Lyrics include; "Week and a half, I’ma be in that ass / Pause / It’s like I’m working on an album and a mixtape at the same motherfuckin’ time", which may indicate th raptress is planning to release a mixtape in early February! I loved "Starships" and Nicki's venture into dance-pop music, but I am ready for the return of mixtape, straight-up urban/hip-hop, nasty Nicki. The annihilation is upon us.
