Ciara taps rapper Nicki Minaj for her latest offering, "I'm Out," a track set to appear on her upcoming fourth studio album. On the female anthem, led by a heavy beat with buzzing synth, CiCi declares, "ladies, this is your song so as soon as this come on, you should get out on the floor, gon' and get your sexy on." An official music video is in the works: "The tone of the video will be very edgy, sexy and playful," said Minaj, much like this lyric clip and her persona. Ciara will arrive July 9th.
