Katy Perry and Usher performed at the Kids Inaugural Concert, the concert for children that opened last night events and dances for the new inauguration of Barack Obama to the White House. An audience of hundreds of young children of military attended the concert in addition to this first lady Michelle with daughters Sasha and Malia.
