“Déjà Vu” is the twenty first studio album by Italian record producer, remixer and deejayGiorgio Moroder. It’s scheduled to be released on 12 June 2015 via RCA Records and Sony Music Entertainment.
The album features a new batch of notable collaborators including Britney Spears, Sia, Kylie Minogue, Charli XCX, Mikky Ekko, Foxes, Matthew Koma and many others. During an interview with PopJustice, Moroder revealed some details of the upcoming project on Monday 26 January. PopJustice added:
So we find Foxes with the perky, disco-influenced ‘Glitter’, whose middle eight is a warm sonic homage to ‘Flashdance (What A Feeling)'; Charli XCX’s contribution ‘Diamonds’, meanwhile, is a noisy, clattering megabanger. Then there’s Sia’s song, ‘Deja Vu’ – a melodramatic, string-laded pop explosion of such devastating intensity that the crater it leaves will be visible from space.
The third official single is the track “Deja Vu” featuring Sia, scheduled to be released on digital retailers on 17 April 2015.

Bajan pop princess Rihanna has achieved the unthinkable. 2013 was the first year in her musical trajectory that she hasn’t released an album or at least a re-issue. After the promotion of her seventh LP “Unapologetic“, released in November 2012, it was expected that the artist released her eighth LP in 2014, but she decided to extend the Unapologetic promotion releasing “What Now” as her latest single from this era.
Incredible but true, Rihanna takes three years without having released a new album, but you can rest assured that this is about to change. The pop star has worked very hard on her next LP, which Kanye West is executive producer, even without date or title confirmed, it will be released for sure in 2015 via her new label imprint Westbury Road Records. The long-long-long awaited “R8” is coming for REAL.
In early January 2014, one of the producers of the new album, American DJ Mustard confirmed that the singer prepared a new single and that’s a ‘big urban club hit’. The producer is known for producing songs like “Rack City” or more recently, will.i.am’s latest single “Feelin’ Myself“ with the collaboration of Miley Cyrus, French Montana and Wiz Khalifa.
Rihanna has also worked with Kuk Harell and Chase & Status in this upcoming album. Hitmaker Kiesza, Calvin Harris and Tinashe also confirmed that they have written songs for the artist, but they don’t know if the tracks eventually become part of the project. American singer-songwriter Ne-Yo also said that this new album is great, but could not give further details.
In the fourth quarter of 2014, Rihanna returned to social media life. Her Instagram account was reactivated, she featured in several magazines cover and especially sang three of her latest hits on stage during this year’s “The Concert For Valor – Saluting American’s Veterans”. Some indicators that encourage the idea that something was about to happen, but finally nothing happened.
Rihanna did an unexpected fan encounter in Paris on December 18th. The “special event” called “The R8 Experience” was filmed by Jeff Nicholas and for now, is not confirmed the reason for this recording. She said on Instagram:
ran off set of an editorial shoot, straight into the arms of my fans… thank you french navy #r8
During MTV interview, American hip-hop recording artist and OVO Sound-signed rising star ILOVEMAKONNEN confirmed that he has been working with Rihanna. He said,
I’m collaborating with a lot of different artists: Diplo; Skrillex; Snoop Dogg; Drake, of course; Rihanna. I love Rihanna.
Rihanna created more hype after sharing some new material on Instagram early March 2015, including new tracks called “Higher” and “American Oxygen“, which is featured on NCAA March Madness commerical. The song was exclusively premiered in full through TIDAL on Sunday 5 April 2015.
During a recent interview with MTV to promote the movie “HOME“, Rihanna has finally opens about her new album. She said:
I wanted songs that I could perform in 15 years; I wanted an album that I could perform in 15 years. Not any songs that were burnt out. I find that when I get on stage now, I don’t want to perform a lot of my songs. They don’t feel like me. So I want to make songs that are timeless
On 23 March, Rihanna shared a new photo on Instagram with American rapper Travi$ Scott with the tag #R8.
During iHeart Radio Awards, American producer Rey Reel confirmed she has working with Rihanna in a new “crazy” song co-written with Candace Wakefield.
A snippet of new track “A Night“, sampling “Only If For A Night” by Florence + The Machine was exclusively premiered on Dior FW 2015 behind the scenes video starring Rihanna.
To celebrate 4/20, Rihanna shared a new track called “James Joint“, an interlude track included on her upcoming album.
It’s time! Glamberts rejoy! American singer-songwriter Adam Lambert is back with his highly-awaited comeback single called “Ghost Town“.
The American Idol runner-up returns with a great new single produced by Max Martin, which was released on digital retailers on 21 April 2015.
This is the first taste of Lambert’s upcoming third studio album, called “The Original High“, which arrives three years after his latest album “Trespassing” (2012), and it will be available on iTunes on 12 June.
According Tim van Rongen, executive Producer for The Voice / The Voice Kids, the new single is “such a HUGE hit!!”
During an interview with Hunger Magazine, Lambert talked about the new single, he said:
The first single feels like the perfect introduction to The Original High. It establishes itself in a very earthy, vulnerable way and transforms into a hypnotic dream full of surreal imagery and set to a minimal yet massive deep house beat. The hook will worm its way into your ears after the first listen. Get ready!
This time, Lambert returns with a deep house-infused track without a strong chorus, but the song hooks you thanks to the recurrent wheezing that reminds at some point, the last single from Hilary Duff “Sparks“.
It’s an easy-listening pop poorly enforced production, and above all a perfect grower for radios. Lambert has evolved his sound without losing his distinctive pop-glam essence, and he has learned from the mistakes of his latest album.
Undoubtedly, the return to the music scene of the runner-up in the eighth edition of American Idol (2009) is a fact. Yes! The one and only Adam Lambert plans to release his third studio album “The Original High” on 12 June 2015 via Warner Bros. The fans rejoy!
The singer confirmed the name of the album on his social networks on 29 January 2015. He said: “Thrilled to announce the title of my upcoming album: THE ORIGINAL HIGH#theoriginalhigh”
In 2014, Lambert was on a promotional tour, alongside Roger Taylor and Brian May of Queen, throughout North America, Asia, and Australia. Furthermore, Lambert continues to work on new music, having collaborated with Max Martin, Shellback and a collection of writers and producers in Sweden.
This marks his return two years after the release of his second studio album “Trespassing” (2012) including smash single “Better Than I Know Myself“.
Lambert signed a record deal with Warner Music and it’s confirmed that the first single “Ghost Town“ will be released on 21 April. About the new album he said during an interview with Hunger Magazine:
It was executive produced by Max Martin and Shellback and they helped me keep a very cohesive sound and mood throughout. Sonically it feels more contemporary than my previous material. It’s definitely pop but not bubblegum. We have avoided camp and theatrics and have favoured a darker, more grounded vibe, and at the same time, it will make you dance
