Fifth Harmony serves up glamour fashion in the official “Sledgehammer” music video. The Meghan Trainor-penned mid-tempo pop song is the lead single from the girl band’s upcoming full-length debut album “Reflection” – coming out in January next year via Epic Records. The Fatima Robinson-directed visual for “Sledgehammer” premiered on VEVO on Tuesday, Nov. 25.
The song is super-duper good pop music but I’m afraid it may flop. “Sledgehammer” did have a good start on iTunes when released in late-October – reaching the Top 10 – but as weeks passed by Fifth Harmony’s new single climbed down positions to being currently (as of this post) OUTSIDE the Top 100. Ouch! What happened? A music video was indeed very required and the girls need to give more TV performances ASAP because I really like this song! It just can’t flop! (Also, shame at 5H’s fans for not organizing better.)
