Following the official artwork and tracklisting for her upcoming album Food, Kelis serves up another tasty treat with brand-new track “Rumble“! Much like the leading number “Jerk Ribs,” “Rumble” is a bit of throwback soul track with its smooth piano groove, blaring horns, and organic instrumentation. It’s clear she’s obviously moved on from the Euro-house vibes of 2010′s Flesh Tone, but that’s no surprise, Kelis has never been one to repeat herself. With that said, the track is nice and it’s interesting to hear her singing over something other than pulsating beats. A whole new vibe. What do you guys think?
