Phillip Phillips has released a special "live" video for his new single "Where We Came From". The 23-year-old folk-rock singer travelled all the way to the icy city of Anchorage last month to headline the 2013 "Alaska State Fair", and thought professional footage of this particular concert needed to be shot. Why? To, with it, put together a cool "live" music video for his third single from debut album "The World from the Side of the Moon", the Gregg Wattenberg-produced "Where We Came From". Watch above. "The Alaskan background was a perfect complement to ‘Where We Came From'", "I hope everyone enjoys the scenery and music as much as I enjoyed making it.", said Phillip of the video in exclusive words to Billboard.com. He's already obtained two Top 40 hits with his debut album, "Home" and "Gone, Gone, Gone". so why couldn't he keep the streak of hits going?. Now that Fall here, these folk-rock songs will definitely be more appreciated. And all things considered, the video he's filmed for "Where We Came From" looks and feels right. No need to shoot a proper MV anymore, right?.
