It's here! Behold Lady Gaga's latest visual creation, the music video for "Applause", the first single from her third studio album "ARTPOP", coming out on November 11. The music video for the DJ White Shadow-produced up-tempo electro-pop song was directed by Dutch photographers Inez & Vinoodh. Its concept was explained by Gaga on Twitter as; "a music video where black and white and color battle in a bid for your Applause. It's inspired by the entertainers' passion for shapeshifting. Would you do 'anything' for the Applause? Iconography in motion, as magic.". The New York-born pop star personally premiered the full music video for "Applause" after being interviewed on "GMA" on August 19, before becoming available on VEVO.
