Miley Cyrus fifth studio album | New song snippet with Mike WiLL Made-It and Rae Sremmurd

Bangerz” princess Miley Cyrus is currently working on her upcoming fifth studio album, scheduled to be released in 2015 via RCA Records. The singer has been in the studio since this Summer shaping the new record with some of the producers who previously worked with her.
During an interview with MTV News, OVO Sound’s newest signee Makonnen talked about a collaboration that will possibly be even bigger than his “Tuesday” remix with Drake. He said:
Me and Miley Cyrus are friends. I don’t have her number, but we’re friends. We’re online friends and in-person friends. We’ve worked on two songs thus far. The first, produced by Mike WiLL Made It, will appear on her next album and is almost like a Grammy nomination song. It’s kind of heartfelt, and almost country. Girls are gonna cry over their ex-boyfriends to it, and the same for guys crying over their girl
On November 26th, another producer of the album Wayne Coyne posted a video on his Instagram playing an instrumental base of new song (or maybe a remix, who knows) showing Miley with her tongue tinted in blue.
Late the same day another producer of the album and Mike WiLL’s team confirmed the album will be released in 2015. Mike Will confirmed that six songs are done so far and they sound crazy, he said:
It sounds like a country Lana Del Rey backed by a choir, except it’s Miley pouring her heart out. She’s recording at home over the beats I sent her, and it sounds crazy.

Confirmed/Recorded tracks:

  • Don’t Let Go Joy Williams-Yetton, Matthew Ryan Brownleewe
  • TBA Miley Cyrus, Wayne Coyne, Cheyne Thomas, Vijat Mohindra, Katy Weaver
