The Billboard Music Awards returned to Las Vegas on Sunday with performances from Prince, Chris Brown, Jennifer Lopez, Nicki Minaj, Lil Wayne, and more. Before the show, the celebs showed out on the blue carpet at the MGM Grand Garden Arena. Despite the scorching temps, many stars including Chris Brown, Miguel, Ke$ha, and Ed Sheeran opted for black. Wiz Khalifa and Amber Rose left baby Sebastian back home and hit up Sin City for the night.
